Dorothy E. Abel, 95, of Avon passed away on November 29, 2018.
Dorothy is survived by her loving daughters, Barbara Stader (Tom) and Patricia VanDenbark (Marc); grandchildren, Laura Alliss, Mike Stader, Chad VanDenbark, and Julie VanDenbark; and 8 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Art Abel, and grandson, Jason VanDenbark.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 3, 2018 from 12-2PM at St. Susanna Catholic Church, 1210 E Main St. Plainfield, IN 46168. A funeral Mass will follow at 2PM. Dorothy will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hearts and Hands of Indiana, 337 N Warman Ave. INDPLS, IN 46222, or St. Susanna School, 1212 E Main St. Plainfield, IN 46168.
Services are entrusted to Flanner Buchanan—Floral Park.
