Dorothy "Dot" Ann Green, 83, Indianapolis, passed away February 23, 2013. She was born December 14, 1929, in Cayuga, the daughter of the late Charles and Opal (Collum) Sewell.
Dot enjoyed crocheting, knitting, gardening, fishing, and crossword puzzles. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Jessie Green; children, Debbie Reed (David) Hulen, Cheryl Reed (Michael) Rader, Bruce (Jody) Reed; step-daughters, Kathy (Randy) Willing and Lisa Hamilton; 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and two sisters, Virginia Crumley and Barbara Burwash. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Stockdale and Marie Irwin.
Memorial visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple, 1305 East Broad Ripple Avenue. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
