89 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on March 14, 2024. Doris was born on July 9, 1934, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Joseph and Clara Helms. She was homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Odom; sons, Charles Nicholis Odom and Brian H. Odom; granddaughter, Rebecca Thomas; great-grandson, Draden Webb and her parents. She is survived by her daughters, Susan McNeil and Shelly (Matt) Bault; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, March 21, 2024, from noon to 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
