89, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on February 2, 2021, in Bedford, Indiana.  Doris was born on November 19, 1931, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late George D. Gilliland and Harriet Irene McNeely Neal.  She and her husband, A.L. Hall, were owners of Dottie’s Grill in Speedway, Indiana.  She was preceded in death by her husband, A. L. Hall; son, Arthur L. Scaggs, Jr.; great-granddaughter, Brittany March and her parents.  She is survived by her daughters, Drucilla (Gene) Fromm, of Shoals, Indiana, and Shelia (Robbie) Nickels, of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandchildren, Douglas S. Scaggs, Dawn M. Brumley, David W. King, Dena M. Barnett, Bret A. Fromm, Emily J. Nickels and Loran N. Brown; 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.  Visitation will be Monday, February 8, 2021 from 1 to 3 pm with services at 3 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
