Donna Sue Ellis, 66, Terre Haute, IN passed away peacefully at home on August 7, 2022, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Indianapolis, IN to Edmond Johnson Harville and Carol Ann Belew Harville. She attended school at Thomas Carr Howe High School in Indianapolis. Throughout her life, her most notable careers were being a Dietary Aid at Southwood Healthcare and also working with mentally challenged children for a period of time. In her younger period of life – Donna enjoyed fishing and camping, especially at Cataract Lake. In her later years, she frequented shopping and going out to restaurants. She particularly enjoyed out-of-state trips with her Aunt Martha to Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee to visit with family. Donna was the Queen of Rummy. It’s widely known she could beat anyone’s ass in it. As she grew older, Donna spent most of her time to being with family. Donna is preceded in death by her Father: Edmond J. Harville, Mother: Carol Ann Belew Harville, Grandson: Chris McDonald, and Great Grandmother: Bessy E. Lancaster. Survivors Include her Daughters: Carolyn Young and Jennifer Fuchie, Grandchildren: Ashley McDonald, Brittney Wall, Chelsey Wall, Thomas Stricker Jr., and Cody Fuchie, Great Grandchildren: Aaliyah McDonald, Jayden McDonald, Noah Wilson, Jodi McDonald, and Carter Fuchie, and Grand Furbabies Loki and Duke – who miss their treats from grandma very much. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2022, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN.
