Donna M. Macy

Age 90, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 26, 2020 surrounded by her daughters and others who loved her.

Donna was a lifetime homemaker, always focusing on supporting and loving her family and others, putting their needs before her own. She enjoyed her flower garden, bright yellow flowers and feeding the birds. She also loved dogs and knew she would finally get her own when she got to Heaven. She was an avid supporter of various charity foundations. Donna was always looking to serve others, even in her weaker days. She impacted multiple lives at Allisonville Meadows where she spent the last 18 months of her life, helping others in ways she didn’t even realize.

Donna is survived by daughters, Deb and Cheryl, 10 wonderful grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 4 grandsons-in-law and 2 daughters-in-law. She was loved by all and will be missed by many.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020 from 11am-1pm at Flanner Buchanan–Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite) with a funeral service to follow at 1pm.  Funeral may be viewed live at https://youtu.be/Qf7v2chi47Y.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation and/or the Humane Society.
