Donna L. Morris

76, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 10, 2017. Donna was born on April 28, 1940 in Indianapolis, IN to Harry and Doris (Hoover) Dorsett. Donna worked for Design Printing as a press operator for many years, before retiring. She also sold Avon and worked at Knotty Pine Donuts in her earlier years. However, it was her love of family and her dogs that was most precious to her. She loved her family and they will miss her very much! She was also a member of the Drexel Garden Christian Church, Jobs Daughters and one of the longest surviving kidney transplant recipients in Indiana at 47 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Paul L. Morris, mother Doris and a brother Gary Dorsett. She is survived by her son Dan Morris, daughter Tracy Morris, sisters Sherrie Crain, Penny Dorsett and a grandson Joshua Michael Mendenhall. Visitation will be held Saturday from 12-2pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park, with services Saturday at 2:00pm in the funeral center. Burial will follow the services in Floral Park Cemetery.
