Donald Mark Charboneau was born March 7, 1960. He was the first child of Donald Merele Charboneau and Lois Darlene Livingston. He was a 1978 graduate of Northwest High School. Don worked for Brehob Corporation in Inside Sales for 29 years. In 1980, Don married Anne Kennedy. They went on to have 2 sons, Mark A. Charboneau, and Kyle R. Charboneau (who preceded him). He was involved with the boys in Little League, scouting activities, and band functions. Don and Anne divorced after 40 years of marriage.
Don was preceded in death by his son, Kyle Charboneau, and his father, Donald Charboneau, his brother, Darrin Charboneau, and his baby sister, Maria Charboneau, and his grandparents.
Survivors include son, Mark (Jennifer) Charboneau; his mother, Lois D. Charboneau; grandchildren, Ethan and Abigail Charboneau; and 9 siblings. Don is also survived by his girlfriend, Amy Carpenter. Don has many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews who loved it when he dressed as Santa every year.
Don’s greatest pride and joy were his twin grandchildren, Ethan and Abby. He loved them dearly, and from the beginning wanted to be a “hands on” grandfather. He also has an unborn granddaughter who will arrive in January. He was ecstatic to be a “Papaw” again. The twins and baby Avery will always know his love for them.
Don loved anime and tie dyed clothing. In honor of him, please wear casual, colorful clothing or something tie dyed.
Donations may be made in Don’s memory to the Hendricks County Humane Society (aka Hendricks Humane).
