Donald Leo Billerman

Donald L. Billerman, 70 of Indianapolis was born April 4, 1944 and died on January 14, 2015. He was born in Indianapolis, to Joseph and Juanita Billerman. He was employed at International Harvester (Navistar) as an electrician for 37 years before retiring. He was also a member of the UAW Local 98. He enjoyed going on vacation, playing games with friends and grandchildren, hunting, going to the movies, reading books but most of all just spending time with his family and friends. Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Jeff Billerman and Christy (Shannon) Stapleton, fiancé, Terri Gilmore, sisters, Debbie (David) Duncan, Diane Werking, Tina Kantner and Laverne (Bill) Holder, brother, Tony (Peggy) Billerman as well as 8 grandchildren. Friends may call from 1 PM until service time at 5 PM Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM Monday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 5333 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219. Entombment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.
