Donald L. Pagels, 88, of Indianapolis died Monday, March 2, 2015. He was born September 18, 1926 in Lansing, Illinois to the late Louis and Hermine Reich Pagels.
Don proudly served his Country in the United States Army. He was a graduate of Butler University, Past President of A. M. S., and retired from F. H. Langsenkamp after working many years as a salesman. In his spare time, Don enjoyed gardening, golfing, and traveling – but most of all, loving and caring for his family.
Surviving is his wife Harriett Quinn Pagels; children Robin "Reen" (Michael) Croft and Kelly "The Nag" (Dr. Steve) Johantgen; grandchildren Suzanne "Goat" Croft, Neale "Bo" Johantgen, Alena "Pi" Johantgen, and Eleni "Dutch" Johantgen.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his granddaughter Angela "Belle" Croft, as well as 17 brothers and sisters.
