Donald Glenn Crossman

Donald Glenn Crossman, 91, of Westfield, IN, passed away on June 27, 2022. He was born on October 14, 1930, in Tuscola, IL, to the late Elbert and Lois Crossman.

Don retired at an early age from RCA and developed a second career as a courtesy car driver for various car dealerships. He was the salutatorian of his high school class at Villa Grove High School.

Don loved fishing and gardening. He loved to play dominoes and was a big fan of the Colts and Pacers. Don loved to sit on the back patio to visit with neighbors and watch the hummingbirds. Don and his wife, Judy, enjoyed taking many cruises to the Caribbean and Alaska.

Don is survived by his loving wife, Judy; his children, Nancy Crossman, Michelle (Steve) Palamara, Mark (Lyndia) Peters, Jeff (Lisa) Peters, Scott (Rose) Peters, and Brian (Leah) Peters; 25 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in passing by his parents and his brothers, Leland and Robert Crossman.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 5, from 11 am to 1 pm, with a service following at 1 pm, both at Flanner Buchanan — Carmel, 325 E. Carmel Drive. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery.
