Donald Franklin Howard

Donald “Donnie” Franklin Howard, Jr. 37, of Indianapolis, passed away March 18, 2011. He was born on May 9, 1973, to Donald and Connie Howard in Covington, Georgia. Donnie still had a love for his home state of Georgia prior to his passing. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Deana Howard; son, Donald Howard III; parents; sisters, Dana Smith, Lynn Sondrini, Rhonda Frix, Bobbie Jean Brock; and several, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Visitation for Donnie will be held on Monday, March, 21, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street.
