Don Slate, 59, of Avon, Indiana passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014. He was born April 30, 1955 in Indianapolis to the late Ernest and Selma Stephens Slate. He worked many years in the automotive sales industry.
He is survived by his children Kristy Slate and Brandon Slate; grandchildren Brilynn Slate and Ryason Jordan Slate; and siblings Ernest W. Slate, Kenneth Ray Slate, Lois Wilkey, Shirley Reed, and Stephen Michael Slate.
