Dianne E. Owens 63, Indianapolis, Indiana passed away May 3, 2013. Dianne retired in 2009 from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Survivors: Sister, Becky Waltz; Nephew, Michael Waltz; 2 Nieces, Kerri Camic and Kelli Heiney; 4 Great Great Nieces, Whitni and Makayli, Dugan, Nevaeh Cochran and Brooklyn Allen; Great Nephew, Landyn Dugan; Special Friend, Tom Rife. Visitation, after 10:00 am Monday, May 6, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Road. Services will follow at 11:00 am on Monday. Burial at Floral Park Cemetery.
