Dianna G. Noel, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away June 15th, 2024. She was born September 6th, 1939, in Evansville, Indiana to parents Harold and Louise "Sally" (Garret) Schimmel. 

 Dianna grew up in Evansville, and later moved with her family to Indianapolis. She attended Arsenal Tech high school.

When Dianna was a young girl, she met the love of her life, Donald Noel Sr., at a Christmas party. They married and shared over 60 wonderful years. Donald Sr. passed away in April 2015. 

Dianna was a vibrant, loving woman. She adored her family and was a devoted wife, mom, Granny, Mom-Mom, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. An excellent cook, she often showed her love with her food.

She is preceded in death by her daughters- Linda Johnston and Susan Horne, both in Heaven. Her husband, in Heaven, Donald “Butch” Noel, and her parents in Heaven, Harold and Sally Schimmel.

She is survived by daughter-Nancy Jump, Sons- Donald Noel, Ronald Noel, Robert Noel and Ernest Noel.

Visitation for Dianna will be Friday June 21st, from 10am-12pm. Her funeral will begin at 12pm. She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
