Diane Fuqua

Diane Fuqua, 60, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on May 20, 2020. She was born on December 18, 1959 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Diane attended Christian County High School in Kentucky, afterwards Murray State University . Diane wanting to increase her education in the nursing field, also intended several colleges; Thomas Nelson community college, Indiana Wesleyan University, Western Governors University. Through her journey of finally  achieving a Master’s degree in nursing science. Although she worked at many healthcare facilities over her career, she dedicated nearly 20 years of work to the VA Hospital.

She is survived by her loving children, Tianna and Harvey; beloved partner, Robert Bridgeforth; four adoring grandchildren; mother, Annie Smith; brothers, George Forrest, Edward Forrest, Frank Forrest; Sisters, Rose Miller, Essie Smith, Elizabeth Smith; eight Nieces; four Nephews; and two stepdaughters.

Services will be held privately.
