Diane C. Gregory

Diane C. Gregory 50 of Indianapolis, passed away June 7, 2011. Diane was born on September 13, 1960 in Indianapolis the daughter of Dr. Robert L. and Shirley F. Gregory. She was a member of Vineyard Community Church in Greenwood and graduated from Warren Central High School in 1978. She earned a degree in Xray technology from Community Hospital. Diane became Diabetic at age six. She was a true animal lover. Her faith sustained her through the pain and health difficulties she endured. Survivors: husband, William V. Helfrich; sister, Jeannine (EJ) Shalaby; brothers, Brian R. (Andrea) Gregory and Michael D. Gregory; mother, Shirley F. Gregory. She had a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews, Brianna Gregory, Dylan Salaby, Brandon Gregory and Noah Shalaby. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Robert L. Gregory. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, June 10, 2011 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center – Washington Park East 10722 E. Washington St. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the funeral center. Entombment, Washington Park East Cemetery.
