Diana S. Chenoweth

Diana S. Chenoweth, 88, was called home to God on July 2, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Diana was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Chenoweth; parents, Kathryne (nee Terhune) Sullivan and Joseph A. Sullivan. She is survived by her daughters, Kelly McCarthy (Bill) Oxener and Colleen McCarthy (Scott) Shapiro; and stepchildren, Cathy (Doug) Sample and Robert (Dan Jessup) Chenoweth. She was loved by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Survivors also include her sister, Donna Weiler of Bay City, MI, and her family.

Diana worked at Detroit Diesel Allison for 31 ½ years, retiring in 1990.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Luke Catholic Church, 7575 Holiday Dr. E., on Monday, July 10, at 11:30, with Visitation starting at 10:30.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Diana’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
