Dewey “Eddie” Black

89, of Greenfield, Indiana, passed away on September 21, 2021.  Eddie was born on January 30, 1932 in Edinburgh, Indiana to the late James and Hazel Black.  He was retired from Crown Products.  He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.  He was a member of the VFW and American Legion.  He was preceded in death by his siblings, Betsy Black, Martha Murray and Billy Black and his parents.  He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Black; children, Lou Ann (David) Lake and Mark E. (Doris) Black; grandchildren, Jaime and Jason; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Reagan and Eli and sister, Louise Berra.  Visitation will be Thursday, September 30, 2021 from noon to 2 pm with services at 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
