DeWayne Alan Glenn, 51 of Avon, Indiana passed away on October 16, 2020 at his home after a battle with cancer. He was born November 9, 1968 in Seneca, SC to the late Carl and Rachel (Spiva) Glenn. He married is wife Lisa on May 23, 2011 in St. Charles, MO. In addition to being survived by his wife, he is survived by his sons Brady (of Arizona) and Clark (of Colorado) and daughter Megan (of Texas). In additional he is survived by his brothers Anthony (Regina) and Scott (Jennifer) and several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
DeWayne graduated in 1987 from Seneca High School and received his MBA from Lindenwood University in Missouri. He moved to St. Louis in 1998 and Avon, IN in 2019. DeWayne enjoyed watching football (especially the Kansas City Chiefs) and fishing. He loved his wife with all his heart and they completed each half of a whole.
He was retired from working in the electrical and lighting industries in both Seneca, SC and St. Louis, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Anthony.
A memorial celebrating DeWayne’s life will be held in Seneca on November 14, 2020 at 4pm at Crossgate Church, 404 Keowee School Rd.
