Derek Lamont Pinkston, Jr.

Derek Lamont Pinkston, Jr., 35, of Indianapolis, passed away suddenly November 26, 2015. Derek was born in Indianapolis the son of Derek Lamont Pinkston and Jeanette (Wilson) Griffie. He attended Ivy Tech and was a Barber.

Derek is survived by his wife, Summer (Hunter) Pinkston; his children, Amiyah Thompson and Khari Ryan Pinkston; his parents; a sister, Kelly Wilson ; grandparents, Harrison and Diane Hunter; his father-in-law, Mark Hunter and mother-in-law, Felecia Garrett; nephews, Devaughn and Ray and his niece, Kalaya Wilson; and a host of cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, December 4, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229.
