Dennis Otis

70, of Indianapolis, died on April 20, 2016. Dennis was born on April 15, 1946 in Indianapolis, IN to the late John Madison Otis and Chole (Hicks) Otis. Dennis honorably served his country in the US Navy during Vietnam. After service, he worked for Aero Fab Division Tube Processing as a heat treatment specialist and machinery maintenance for many years before retiring. When he wasn’t working he loved spending time with his family and fishing. He was also a member of the CAG Anglers Club. He is survived by his loving wife Lynnette (Clawson) Otis; children DJ R. Otis, Shcara Christie, sisters Barbara Feeney, Cindi K; grandchildren Ian Stewart, Conor Stewart, DelJon B. Otis, Dayton Mulrey, Evelynn Rose Otis, nieces and nephews Paul, David, Vicky, Kim, and Jeanetta. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1-6pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park.
