Dennis ‘Jack’ Horner, 70 of Greenfield, passed away on Saturday January 30, 2021 after an extended illness. He was born May 16, 1950 in Niles, Michigan to the late Everett Horner and Naomi ‘Blue Eyes’ Clark. Jack was a lifelong Kokomo resident where he previously owned/operated Ray’s Drive for several years. Jack retired from Chrysler (Kokomo transmission plant) after 28 years in supervision. Jack loved music, singing karaoke, dancing, boating, fishing and enjoyed living life to its fullest.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Jeana Horner; children, Todd (Jess) Horner, Tara (Randy) Ault, Jay Chapman, Jeremy (Aaron) Chapman, and Jessica (Zach) O’Neil; grandchildren, Tyler (Hannah) Ault, Collin (Emily) Ault, Nate Horner, Payton Chapman, Alania & Aaiden Tutrow, and Anora O’Neil; brother, Butch Horner; sister, Zelma Kinney and many nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog Reggie. He is preceded in passing by his brother, JD Horner.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
A celebration of Jack’s life will be held in the spring.
