Dennis Eugene St. John

Dennis Eugene St. John, 67, passed away March 18^th, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 4, 1952, to Charles and Lula (Fox) St. John, in Martinsville, Indiana.

Dennis attended Eminence High School. He went on to pursue a career in manufacturing and casting, working at Navistar for many years before retiring.

In 2002, Dennis married Mary (Minton), and they shared 18 years of marriage.

Dennis was a generous, loving man with a huge heart. He adored his wife and family and loved being a grandfather and great-grandfather. In his free time, he enjoyed watching NASCAR, the Green Bay Packers, and Purdue sports. Dennis also enjoyed playing bingo and collecting baseball cards.  He and his family loved having cookouts and traveling to Sandpiper Cove in the winters.

Dennis is survived by his wife Mary (Minton) Haas-St John; three sons and two stepsons: Chris St John, Daryl St John, Clay St John, Fred Haas, and Charles Milburn; 15 beloved grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, and one brother.

Besides his parents, Charles and Lula St John, Dennis is preceded in death by one stepson Fred Nicolas Haas.

Private services are being held and a public celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
