Delphia Howard
87 of North Vernon, Indiana, passed away on September 29, 2023. Delphia was born on July 17, 1936, in Hazard, Kentucky to the late George and Leaner White. She was retired from ITT Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Howard, Sr.; children, David Howard, Clarence Howard, Jr. and Juanita Stevens and her parents. She is survived by her children, Doug Howard, Lloyd (Melinda) Howard and Elbert (Kathy) Howard and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 4, 2023, from 11 am to 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
