Della M. Bard

85 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on January 25, 2026. Della was born on November 24, 1940, in Greenville, Kentucky. She was a graduate of Crispus Attucks High School. She retired after 44 years from the Dietary Department at Methodist Hospital. She was a member of First Samuel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father Renshaw Bard, mother Alice Evelyn Williams, sisters Delores Bard and Betty Kaniewski and brothers Fred Young and Ernest Drake. She is survived by sisters Regina (Keith) Briggs and Mary (David) Holland and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 1 pm with visitation from noon at First Samuel Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
