Delcie (Frazier) Chambers

Delcie (Frazier) Chambers, 77, of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015. She was born in Ranger, WV, the daughter of the late Emmett and Victoria (Wiley) Frazier. She graduated from Guyan Valley High School in 1955 and retired from RCA Records in 1987. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chadwick Bill Chambers, great-grandson, Eric E.J. Hamilton; brothers, Archie Frazier (Junie & Gladys), Ottis Frazier (Odessa), Alva Frazier (Lilo), Thomas Frazier (Doris); sisters, Lura Frazier Runyon (Wayne), Beatrice Frazier Taylor (Joe), Jessie Frazier Kelly (Arnold) and Deborah Frazier.

Delcie is survived by her children, William Chambers (Nancy), Timmy Chambers and Deborah Miller (Ralph Jr.); grandchildren, Delcie French (John), Amber Kayse (Paul), Hillary Simpson (Brad), Holly Chambers and Chadwick Miller; great-grandchildren, Timothy, Savannah, Ceira, Tiffany and Willow; brothers, Franklin Frazier (Wanda) and Ronnie Frazier; sister, Elva Mears. Several nieces and nephews all of which were loved dearly.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 8:00 PM, Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. The funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, November 9, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
