Delcia B. Windsor

Delcia B. (Riley) Windsor, age 96 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday night, July 2, 2024.

Delcia was born on December 31, 1927 in Lebanon, Kentucky.

She was married to Frank A. Windsor. He preceded her in death on June 5, 2008.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East Funeral Center, located at 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229.

Her funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM.

Entombment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery where Delcia will be laid to rest with her husband Frank Windsor.

Delcia was a cat lover.  She also enjoyed cooking and crocheting. 

Delcia is now with the Lord and her husband Frank.
