Debra Marquis

Debra K. Marquis age 48 of Lebanon, IN died April 1, 2011 at her home. She was born May 7, 1962 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert and Dixie (Shelburn) Sigman. Debbie was raised in Zionsville and was a graduate of Zionsville High School. Debbie was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and proud grandparent. She loved to travel, especially to Memphis, Tennessee and Graceland. Debbie was a huge fan of rock-n-roll star Elvis Presley and her home was a reflection of that. She loved watching the Colts and Pacers play and rarely missed a game. Debbie loved the outdoors including bonfires, camping, and grilling. She loved spending time with friends and family including her dogs Pudge and Venus. She is survived by her parents, her husband Edward Kenneth Marquis whom she married March 8, 1989 in the Zionsville United Methodist Church. Sons Nathan (Katie), and Cole Allen Marquis, Brothers Greg (Margaret), Wayne (Cheryl), Mark (Lisa) Sigman, sister Lynn (Ron) Yeary and granddaughter Lucy Jean Marquis also survive. Funeral Services will be held Thursday April 7, 2011 at 11 am in the Flanner and Buchanan Zionsville Funeral Center with visitation to be held Wednesday 4 to 8 pm.
