Debra 'Debbie' Leeper

Debra ‘Debbie’ Leeper, age 57, of Indianapolis, passed away August 17, 2011. She is survived by her children: Jeff Leeper, Jr., Brittney Leeper, and Jason Leeper; 11 grandchildren, one great grandson; ex husband: Jeff Leeper, Sr.; two brothers: Don(Cathie) Levi and Phil(Sharon) Levi; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Elbert and Mary Levi and brother: Mike Levi. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2011 from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM followed by a service at 1:30 PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street. Debbie was a collector of unique items. She enjoyed camping and gospel music. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
