55, of Indianapolis, passed away February 19,2016. Debra was born September 3, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Clarence andPhyllis (Potts) Hess. Debra worked for the State of Indiana as a Parking lotAssociate for many years. She had awonderful sense of humor, and was full of life and loved her family. Debra willbe truly missed, but never forgotten, she will remain in our hearts forever. She is survived by her daughters, VictoriaManzano (Megan), Brenna Doyle, and Sierra Haney; brother, Russ Hess; and lovingrelatives and friends.
