David C. Rutledge

David C. “Dave” Rutledge, 85 of Noblesville, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Dave was born May 26, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Richard C. and Adele Rutledge.

Dave was a self-employed accountant from 1960-2000. He was a veteran of the US Army. He sang with a barbershop quartet and was a member of the Rotary Club of Carmel.  He was also president of the Indiana Society of Accountants.

A Celebration of Life service will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 9 at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel, where sharing of memories will begin at 1:00 pm.

He is survived by his wife, Adriana Cavina; children, Julie A. (husband, Christian) Knoeller, Lori L. Rutledge, Debra S. (Scott Wright) Bishop, D. Andrew (wife, Sherri) Rutledge; grandchildren, Patrick (wife, Tiffany) Canaan, Ann (husband, Jeff) McNutt, Jennifer (husband, Rodney) Freeman, Emily (husband, Justin) Dunn, Bonnie (Hung Nguyen) Williams, Jacob Drew Rutledge; great grandchildren, Kenna McMindes, Duncan Canaan, James McNutt; brother, Richard (wife, Sue) Rutledge; sister, Diane Boles; many nieces and nephews. Dave was preceded in death by his first wife, Gwen Rutledge.
