David Merrill Dave- Mock

74, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday,April 3, 2016. Dave was born in Indianapolis on June 25, 1941 to the lateHerman and Virginia Mock. While attending Scecina High School, Dave met thelove of his life, Sharon Cunningham and they were blessed with two children. Davebegan his 44 year career at Bob Baker turned Blossom Chevrolet, where he workedas a technician and shop foreman.

Dave enjoyedtaking care of his family, his home, and his many adventurous hobbies includingsnowmobiling, hunting, playing poker, swimming in the pool at home, flying hisvery own Cessna airplane to riding motorcycles.

Dave is survivedby his loving wife, Sharon; his children, Lisa Wood (Reav) and Michael Mock;grandchildren, Alex Mock, Alisha Cook (Matt), Ginna Wood, and Westyn Wood; andgreat-grandchildren, Lincoln and Lyla Cook.

He was preceded indeath by his father, Herman Mock and parents, Virginia and Edward Newton.

Friends may callfrom 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Flanner andBuchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, andadditionally on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until the Mass ofChristian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hancock Regional Hospital Foundation.
