David Edward Martin, of Fishers, Indiana passed away on April 8, 2024.

He was born on August 14, 1964, to parents, John and Patricia Martin. David grew up in Cleveland, OH with his three brothers and sister. He joined the Army in 1992 and honorably served our country. He met Sheri and married her in June of 1993. They welcomed their daughter Elizabeth in 1994. He separated from the Army in 1998 and continued working for the federal government as a civil servant. The job relocated the family to Fishers. David worked for the federal government for 27 years.

David absolutely loved being outdoors and on the lake with his boat. He loved working with wood and on craft projects. He loved to sing and would sing all day if he could. He also loved to dance.

David is survived by his loving wife, Sheri; his daughter, Elizabeth; his mother, Patricia Martin; his siblings, John Martin, Joyce Fyfe, Scott Martin, and Gregg Martin; and a host of other friends and family.  He is preceded in death by his father, John Martin.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Parish at Geist, 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers, Indiana, 46037. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
