David L. Apple, 76, of Shelby County, IN passed away June 28, 2017 at his home. He was born November 5, 1940 in Oaklandon, IN to the late Lewis and Myrtle (Shepler) Apple. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years.
David is survived by his wife of 54 years Alene (Denney); children, Angela Watson and her husband Tracey of Fairland, IN and Steven Apple and his wife Margie of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Steven and David Apple and Ethan and Sylvia Watson; siblings, Michael Apple of St. Louis, MO and Charlotte Forth of Oaklandon, IN.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, July 3, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
