51, of Indianapolis, passed away May 1, 2017.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 11AM to 12PM at Flanner Buchanan- Floral Park. 425 N. Holt Rd. A funeral service will immediately follow at noon on Saturday. David will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery.
