David E. Jahn

David Eric Jahn, 77, Noblesville, passed away March 31, 2015. He was born August 11, 1937, in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Eric and Gertrude (Eich) Jahn. He married Jane Catherine (McMahon) Jahn on August 27, 1960. David received his Bachelor's degree in 1960 in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. He was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity and the American Legion Post 155. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jane Jahn; two children, Gretchen (Larry) Harfst and Eric (Susan) Jahn; four grandchildren, David, Emily, and Alex Jahn and Kara (John) Goodwin; two great grandchildren, Hayden and Layla; and a sister, Eileen Kloepper. A memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 1402 West Main Street in Carmel. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
