DAVID CHRIS BILLINGSLEY, 54, Indianapolis, died Feb. 23.
He had been a self-employed meat cutter for several supermarkets in Indianapolis.
He was a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity.
