52, of Indianapolis passed away December 9, 2014. David was born November 23, 1962. He was preceded in death by his mother Rosita H. (Foy) Coates. David is survived by his loving wife Ronda Smith Coates; father, David Richard Coates of Buckhannon WV; aunt, Mary F. Henderson of Charleston WV; and a host of relatives and friends.
