David Anthony Schroeder

David Anthony Schroeder, 80, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014. David was born January 30, 1934 in St. Paul, Indiana to the late Gregory and Charlotta Stier Schroeder. David proudly served his Country in the US Army during the Korean War. He worked tirelessly in the Grocery business for over 50 years. He was a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Indianapolis Pacers. Most of all, he loved his family – all of whom will dearly miss him. Surviving is his wife Chris Hunter Schroeder; children Cindy (Nick) Bondar, Jeff Schroeder, Jill Schroeder, Matthew (Rachael) Schroeder, Traci (Danny) Dailey, Gordon (Angel) LeFevre, and Kelli Sites; siblings Justin Schroeder, Catherine Mauer, and Teresa Horan; 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by an infant son Jay Schroeder, as well as siblings Margaret, Sr. Rosemary, Sr. Cecilia, Carl, Paul, Louis, and 3 infant siblings.
