David Anthony Adamson, 68, of Indianapolis tragically passed on June 8, 2021 surrounded by family. David was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 25, 1953 to Douglas Adamson Sr. and the late Theresa Rose (D’Ascenzo) Adamson. David graduated Westfield High School on March of 1972. David was a person who worked extremely hard all his life. David had a passion for security and spent most of his career as a security guard protecting others. He had a passion for fixing cars and was one of the best. Additionally, he took a liking to locksmithing and obtained his locksmith license in early 2000. Some of the fondest memories are camping and fishing as he enjoyed being outside and on the water.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his love of 31 years, Donna Jean Reese; his adored children, Tosha (Michael) Weir, Russell (Tonia) Adamson, Rachel (Aaron) Coss,; Stepchildren, Jason Reese, Chad Reese; his grandchildren, Charlize Weir, Mia Golden, Gino Adamson, Sophia Adamson, Giachi Adamson, Vito Adamson, Aleisa Detch, Virgina Lancaster, Emily Lancaster, Abigial Coss, Hunter Coss, Conner Reese, Avery Reese, Quinn Reese, Caelyn Reese; his great-grandchildren, Claire Grace Golden, Chloe Lee Golden; his brother, Butch Adamson (Janice Adamson); his sister Diane Fisher (Michael Fisher); his father, Douglas Adamson (Beverly Adamson).
He is preceded in death by his mother, Theresa Rose Adamson D’Ascenzo.
