David-Andres Jaramillo

David-Andrés Jaramillo was a loving, smiling, and "picarón" 16 year old who went home to our Lord on August 20, 2014. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 10, 1998, he attended St. Gabriel School where he was a parishioner. Since age eight he was an altar server and sang in the church choir. This introduced him to the habit of prayer at an early age, which continued into high school where he would meditate in front of the image of the Our Lady of Guadalupe with his dear friend Padrecito Michael Christiana, S.J. He attended middle school at Cardinal Ritter, and high school at Brebeuf Jesuit. He loved painting, music and sports. His passion was soccer and he played for Brebeuf Jesuit and for United Soccer Alliance as part of the USAi 98 Boys Premier. He is survived by his father David Jaramillo, his mother Guadalupe Jaramillo (Valdivieso), brother Juan-José Jaramillo, his maternal grandparents Jose Vicente and Guadalupe Valdivieso, uncles, aunts and many cousins of the Jaramillo-Breilh and Valdivieso-Valdivieso families, who invite you to pray the family invocation together "Con Dios y si quiero, si puedo" "With God and determination, I am able" Visitation will be at Saint Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, 1870 W. Oak Street, Zionsville, IN 46077 , on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, from 4 pm to 8 pm. Funeral is Thursday, August 28 at Saint Alphonsus at 11:00 am.
