David George Aiduks, 89, of Indianapolis, died March 1, 2012. David was born December 4, 1922 in Terre Haute, IN to George and Agatha Klykunas Aiduks; they preceded him in death as did his wife, Mary Rose Aiduks.
Mr. Aiduks was a World War II veteran of United States Navy. He faithfully served his country for six years and was a survivor of the bombing of Pearl Harbor in 1941. He worked 37 years for Citizens Gas Company retiring in 1984 as a Gas Dispatcher. David was a member of Traders Point Christian Church and of the American Legion.
Mr. Aiduks is survived by his sons, Chester David Aiduks (Barbie) and Jack Alan Aiduks (Charlene); his grandsons, Anthony, Dustin, and Zachary; and his sister, Ruth Delucchi.
Visitation will be from 1pm to 4pm, Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan, 105 W. Pine St., Zionsville, IN 46077. A funeral service will be held 10 am, Monday, March 5, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan. Burial with Naval honors will follow at Old Union Cemetery, rural Jamestown, IN.
