Danny Lynn Berry

Danny Lynn Berry, age 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on January 5, 2020. Danny was born on June 11, 1949 to the late Homer Ray Berry and the late Magnola (Fox) Berry. He was one of five children. Danny was a lifetime member of IPB and was also a long-time member of The American Legion Post 497. He served proudly in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in 1975. Danny worked for Allison’s, and after 32 years of dedicated service he retired in 1998. After retirement, he continued to work at First Student as a bus driver and recently Kesler-Schaefer Wholesale Auto Auction.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Magnola Berry, as well as his brother, Glen Burton, an by his grandson, Michael Berry Jr.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Danny Lynn Berry Jr. and Michael Ray Berry; his daughter-in-law, Melissa Berry; his best friend, Bill Callaway; his siblings, Jerry Berry, Sandra Broadway, and Sharon Sanders; his grandchildren, Danielle Waldeck, Skylar Ray Berry, and Levi Ray Berry; as well as his many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2019 from 11AM-1PM with a funeral service beginning at 1PM at Flanner Buchanan—Floral Park.
