Daniel Dilley

Daniel “Dan” Kyle Dilley of Carmel, IN, passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 51. He was born in Muncie, IN, on February 7, 1973, to parents, David A. and Jane (Soules) Dilley. 

He graduated high school from Baptist High, college from Liberty University and law school from Indiana University. Dan was an attorney locally for 23 years. He also worked for UPS for 27 years.

Dan was proud of his family’s Irish history and genealogy-especially being related to George Rogers Clark. He enjoyed playing games with family and friends, collecting GI Joes and watching football.

Dan married Leah Foster on June 11, 1994, they spent 30 wonderful years together, she survives. He is survived by daughter, Carissa; son, Gavin; mother, Jane Dilley; brother, Boyd Dilley. 

He was preceded in death by father, David Dilley; both maternal and paternal grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his children’s college fund. 

Visitation will be held from 10am until 12pm, Friday, March 29, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Carmel (325 E. Carmel Dr. Carmel, IN). A Funeral Service will be held directly following visitation at 12pm, March 29, 2024. Burial will follow funeral service at Farley Cemetery in Carmel, IN.
