Daniel "Danny" W. Williams

Daniel W. “Danny” Williams, 58 of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, June 6, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Danny was born December 15, 1966, in Indianapolis to Richard A. “Dick” and Barbara Williams.

Danny was a gifted musician, singer-songwriter and amazing pianist. He had a strong passion for music and was privileged to perform with Phil Driscol, Henry Lee Summer, Amy Grant, Vince Gill, Gene Simmons and his band opened for John Cougar Mellencamp. He was often asked and happily accepted to perform musical eulogies for family and friends for their loved one.

He was also a very skilled, creative craftsman with a strong vision and attention to detail in his work. He often shared these talents with his family and friends.

Danny loved Pam with all his heart, his family and his dog Duke, who was his everything. He lived on a mission to ensure his family and friends were looked after and would go out of his way to confirm their well-being. Danny never met a stranger and once he met you, he would always remember you.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, June 25th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel, where funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 26 at 11:00 am, with an additional hour of visitation from 10:00 am until the time of the service.

Danny is survived by the love of his life, Pamela Merritt; children, Cameron M. Williams, Jackson T. (fiancée, Leda) Williams, Logan D. Williams, LB Merritt and Brooke (Hiko) Eskidjian; grandchildren, Reese, Landon and Lucas Williams; mother, Barbara L. Williams; brothers, Richard A. “Rick” (wife, Mary Lou) Williams and Michael R. “Mike” (Susan) Williams.
