Dale Douglas

Dale R. Douglas 90, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 24, 2015. Dale had worked in maintenance for Indiana National Bank. He was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis J. Douglas. He is survived by his children Laura (John) Mazurek, Carol (Joe) Lifrieri, Rita (George) Manley and Jane (Rom) Pegram; siblings Glen, Ned, Lorene and Mary Frances; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 2 p.m. with calling from noon at Flanner and Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Good Shepherd Chapel). Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to South Central Church of Christ.
