D. Marillia Hinds

D. Marillia Hinds 92, Indianapolis, passed away May 29, 2013. She was born July 19, 1920. Marillia was a champion of women's rights. She had been a full charge bookkeeper. Marillia enjoyed reading nonfiction and historical books, as well as playing bridge and euchre. She was proud of her daughter Carol's accomplishment of graduating from the Indiana University School of Law. Marillia was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Ward W. Hinds. She is survived by her daughter, Carol L. Hinds, Tampa, FL; her sister, Agnes Frizzell, Columbus, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation will be accorded and there will be no services or visitation. Memorial gifts may be made to Franciscan St. Francis Hospice, 421 N. Emerson Avenue, Greenwood, IN 46143.
