Cynthia Louise Kuykendall

Cynthia “Cindy” Louise Kuykendall, 65, of Indianapolis passed away June 1, 2024.  She was born November 13, 1958, in Champaign, Illinois the daughter of the late Thomas and Ilene (Kirkpatrick) Booher.  She married Stephen Rott on April 4, 2004, in Las Vegas by Elvis, and he preceded her in passing on March 27, 2021.

She retired from DFAS (Department of Defense Financial and Accounting Services) in December 2023 after more than 20 years of service.

She is survived by her two children, Jason (Xiomara) Carrington and Samantha Croy; four grandchildren, Willow Carrington, Cloey Carrington, Temperance Carrington, and Bailey Croy; three step grandchildren, T.J. Pash, Doyle Reynolds, and Gabriel Pertler; sister, Pam (Dan) McCall; and a brother, Aaron (Rhonda) Booher.  She was preceded in passing by a brother, Jeff Booher.

A memorial gathering will be from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park (Prairie Waters), 4180 Westfield Road, Westfield Indiana.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
