Cyd Christine Araki

Cyd Christine Araki, 75, Westfield, Passed away May 6, 2023. She was born in San Jose, California to Roy L. Wynn and Betty Marie Sansone Wynn. Cyd’s life was characterized by her loving spirit and giving nature. As a mother, she always had a hug to give, words of encouragement to share and a shoulder to lean on. As a daughter, she was always there for her parents and cared lovingly for them as they aged. She had various careers in her lifetime, however her favorite was as a Legal Secretary. She loved connecting with clients and lending them a sympathetic ear. One of her passions in this life was food. She was an amazing cook and had an impressive collection of cookbooks. Cooking for her family, especially on Thanksgiving and Christmas, was a special joy for her as well.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Sutton, her sister Roylene Bryant, and her nieces Shelly Hodge, Jamie Laeger, Emily Bryant and Erin Helt.
